U.S. Marshals arrested 23-year-old Timmy Winter in Florida on an 23-indictment from the Arizona Attorney General's Office. He is facing charges including conspiracy, assisting a criminal street gang, illegally conducting an enterprise, possession of narcotic drugs for sale, and offering to sell or transfer narcotic drugs.
Also mentioned in the indictment and taken into custody are Cycle Erickson, 22, Amy Winter, 20, and Jillian Snyder, all from the north Phoenix area.
The gang started as a party crew and operated out of Paradise Valley. Members were involved in a steady stream of crimes since 2006, the report states.
This operation was a spinoff investigation from Operation: Justice in Paradise.
