Yuma, Ariz. – U.S. Border Patrol agents from Yuma Sector, a component of U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s Joint Field Command–Arizona, seized 220 pounds of marijuana yesterday morning.
Wellton Station agents were patrolling south of Dateland, Ariz. when they discovered five large bundles of marijuana weighing approximately 220 pounds. The marijuana, with an estimated street value of $110,000, was turned over to the Drug Enforcement Administration.
